We are seeking a Business Architect & Org Design Lead (Associate Director level) to lead complex client engagements and help grow the Strategy+ offer in AECOM Advisory. This is a senior consulting delivery role, broadly equivalent to Manager level in a management consultancy.
You will work with infrastructure, public sector and regulated-industry clients to translate strategy into execution through operating model design, transformation, governance, organisation and performance improvement work. The role combines hands-on problem solving, senior stakeholder management, team leadership and targeted business development.
