Job Description: The vision of the Asset Management practice, within the Advisory Business Line, is of partnering with our clients to optimise and improve their business performance by offering integrated asset lifecycle and information management, risk and reliability improvement services. As such the role will support the successful delivery, profitability and strategic growth of our asset management services. This could include sectors such as Transport, Defence, Water, etc. This position will also provide the opportunity to develop your technical delivery and business development skills.

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Lead client interactions and project delivery, including opportunities and bids, while providing expert advice on asset management and change management processes.
  • Develop strategic, tactical and operational documents, such as Asset Management Plans, Asset Lifecycle Plans, Inspection and Maintenance Plans, and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
  • Manage project delivery and client relationships, ensuring quality deliverables and timely project completion.
  • Support business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Experience: between 8 to 15 years in asset lifecycle management, project delivery with a proven record of building strong client relationships, and (optional) experience in condition assessment.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Knowledge: A solid understanding of asset management practices, frameworks, and relevant standards, with the ability to develop innovative strategies and problem solve.
  • Leadership: Experience in coaching and mentoring project teams, promoting a culture of quality and timely delivery.
