We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, enthusiastic Civil & Structural Engineering graduates who have computational, mathematical and design skills. Candidates will work on a variety of projects from concept design to implementation for clients who operate locally, nationally or internationally. Those selected will focus on delivery of results to our clients while enjoying technically challenging projects. Our Bridges teams provide wide challenging opportunities in an ever‑evolving industry, with potential to work on UK or international projects across London, Madrid, Italy, the United States and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design of structures from inception to completion.
- Undertake assessment of existing structures through stages such as on‑site inspection and analysis.
- Manage resources and tasks within a scheme of structures.
- Use industry‑leading computer software for structural design, bridge assessment, finite element analysis, structural inspections, renewal feasibility studies, on‑site works supervision and scheme management.
Qualifications:
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above.
- MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering is an advantage.
- Structural modules or Structural/Bridge Engineering experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrable technical understanding of Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Demonstrable interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and a desire to build a career in this industry.
- Willingness and ability to work toward chartership with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Institute of Structural Engineers (IStructE).
- Good Microsoft Office skills such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with the confidence to engage with a variety of people (clients, colleagues, stakeholders and sub‑contractors) and the aptitude to explain, explore and discuss technical issues and capture feedback.
- Enthusiastic, hard‑working, ambitious and driven.
- Strong ability to structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team.
- Capability to work in a team and independently without losing initiative & focus.
