Due to expanding workload, AECOM is recruiting for roles in the UK. Join our rapidly growing architecture team in Manchester, Warrington, and Glasgow, with experience in the Nuclear industry.
About You
- Strong design and technical ability and highly computer literate
- Strong Revit skills (a must) and BIM awareness
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Architectural or technical qualifications relevant to the role
- Preferred: wide experience of design and project management within regulated industries, and worked previously on industrial, process-driven and highly serviced projects
- Relevant experience with nuclear and MOD projects
- Eligibility for ARB RIBA accreditation and SQEP
- Experience in nuclear and/or defence required
- Required to obtain BPSS and SC clearance if not already held
Qualifications
- Fully Qualified Architect (ARB Registered)
- Proven related Architecture experience
- Recent experience working on Security and Nuclear Power projects (SC clearance required)
- Experience of various forms of building contracts
- Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business
Additional Information
Security clearance: You must either hold or be able to obtain security clearance. To obtain this you need to have lived in the UK for more than 5 years and not have been out of the country for more than 3 months in the 5‑year period. A REVIT test will be a stage of the interview process.
