Heres what were looking for:
- MEng in Civil Engineering (2:1 or above, or equivalent) is preferred although other qualifications will be considered for the right candidate
- Someone with the drive to work towards a professional qualification such as MICE and/or MIStructE
- A demonstrable interest in structural engineering and water sector projects
- Work experience (advantageous, but not essential)
- Enthusiasm, an excellent work ethic, technical interest and proficiency, ambition and drive
- Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) and good report writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to plan and prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team
- The ability to work independently without losing initiative or focus
