Here’s what you’ll do:
- Managing the Design Process: Lead Design Management projects across the UK and Internationally. Management of AECOM financial process and invoicing. Review of work outputs from team prior to issue to ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Managing Sub-consultants: Prepare responsibility matrix to identify sub-consultant responsibility for each scope. Draft and distribute sub-consultant contracts. Manage updates and finalization. Prepare cash flow projections. Establish procedures for invoice submission and monitor progress. Track and report on invoices and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Establishment and Implementation of Design Management Procedures: Including roles and responsibilities, scope delineation, preparing design programmes, managing deliverables, design quality, budgets, change management, approvals, project meetings, and design workshops.
- Assist in the Management of the Design Management Team: Achieve AECOM PM accreditation, support project management, mentor junior team members, review work outputs, and support team leadership.
