Responsibilities
- Drive technical delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment projects, leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Manage key packages from conception to handover, interfacing with AECOM teams, clients and suppliers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure stakeholder buy-in and contribute to AECOM’s technical capability.
- Perform line manager duties, support and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
- Experience managing the technical delivery of water and wastewater engineering projects with multi-disciplinary knowledge, including treatment schemes and/or pipeline design.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Relevant experience in a similar role for a water company, consultancy or contractor.
- Hands-on experience designing complex wastewater treatment solutions.
- A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject (civil, electrical, mechanical).
- Chartered or Incorporated membership with ICE, CIWEM or working towards it.
- Experience in feasibility studies, options appraisal, concept design, outline and detailed design for water company clients and design-and-build contractors.
