AECOM's Cardiff-based Streets team is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead the design and delivery of innovative traffic engineering, Active Travel, and urban realm projects across South Wales and beyond. As a senior member of our collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll work on high-profile projects for clients such as Transport for Wales, Cardiff Council, Swansea Council, Newport City Council, and key regional frameworks including SWTRA, South West & Mid Wales Regional CES, and SEWTAPS. You'll bring your technical expertise and leadership skills to guide project teams through all stages of design and delivery.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll take a leading role in the development of Active Travel and traffic engineering schemes, from concept through to detailed design and implementation. You'll manage technical outputs, mentor junior staff, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, sustainable transport solutions.

• Lead the design and delivery of traffic engineering, Active Travel, and urban realm schemes.
• Ensure all work meets project briefs, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Report regularly to the Principal Engineer or Project Manager on progress and risks.
