- Gather requirements for digital products with stakeholders, aligning them with business objectives and user needs
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Support solution design by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
- Help ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and provide value
- Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to maximize usability and user experience
- Design and implement digital solutions with cross-functional teams to address business challenges
- Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow documentation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and build stakeholder consensus
- Recommend potential applications of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance business operations
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure solution success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead system documentation, support user testing, promote best-practice digital processes, and help implement new technologies
Требования:
- 3-5 Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or technology-focused projects
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence facilitating discussions and asking relevant questions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and Domain Story Telling
