We are currently recruiting for a Principal Designer to join a growing and well-established consultancy delivering Principal Designer services across both the CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Following the award of several larger contracts, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced construction professional. They are looking for 2 Principal Designers, one of which will focus on CDM and the other on the Building Safety side. This opportunity offers an excellent level of project variety, working across Housing, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and High-risk buildings (HRBs). We welcome applications from experienced CDM Principal Designers, Building Regulations Principal Designers (BRPD), as well as Architects, Architectural Technologists, Building Surveyors, Building Control Surveyors and Design Managers with a strong understanding of the CDM Regulations or the Building Safety Act. Whether you are already carrying out BRPD duties or are looking to develop further within Building Safety, this role offers the opportunity to continue expanding your expertise within a supportive and growing consultancy.
