Responsibilities
- Develop regional internal communications strategies aligned with global priorities to support growth, transformation, and culture
- Advise senior leadership by translating business objectives into clear communication plans
- Ensure consistent messaging across regions/functions/channels reinforcing purpose and values
- Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize strategy and delivery
- Oversee digital content (intranet, video, email, internal social platforms) and drive tool innovation for engagement
- Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure accessible, inclusive messaging
- Build relationships with senior leaders, HR, and functional heads to shape priorities
- Provide counsel on internal messaging, change communications, and leadership visibility
- Lead high-quality content development including executive communications and campaigns
- Manage change and crisis communications for major initiatives and restructurings
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and align external insights with internal messaging
