We are seeking Environmental Subject Matter Experts and GIS Technicians to join our growing team in the southern US for alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Task Lead / Subject Matter Expert
- Task / Subject Matter Expert Team Members
- GIS Specialists
- Environmental Planners
- Conduct environmental analysis specific to large transportation projects
- Handle environmental permitting for large transportation projects
- Apply NEPA requirements
- Use and interpret roadway files to analyze impacts
- Manage complex projects with many overlapping layers and data sets in flux
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- GIS Specialists: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency
- Junior Level Engineers / Task & SME Team Members: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalency
- Mid-Level Engineers / Task & SME Team Members: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalency
- Senior Level Engineers / SME & Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using GIS and DGN files
- State DOT experience
