Overview
In this role you will join AECOM’s Belfast architecture team to deliver large-scale infrastructure-driven projects. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary studio to shape designs across RIBA stages, applying Building Systems and regulations. You will leverage Revit and BIM to develop robust architectural solutions and support presentation and coordination activities. The role offers work on high-profile sectors and a chance to contribute to a global firm’s mission of delivering a better world. Responsibilities
- lead architectural design across RIBA stages on large-scale projects
- collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers and in-house specialists
- develop and manage BIM models using Revit; support BIM workflows
- apply Building Systems knowledge and regulatory requirements in design
- produce clear presentations and visualisations for stakeholders
- ensure quality and attention to detail across design and documentation
- support project delivery within a dynamic, agile environment
Key requirements
- ARB Registered / RIBA accredited
- strong Revit skills; BIM awareness
- experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- knowledge of AutoCAD and Creative Cloud desirable
- excellent communication, organisational and time management abilities
- ability to obtain BPSS and SC clearance if required
- good visualisation skills; CPD records available
