You will work within AECOM’s Environmental Impact team to deliver high-quality assessments across the project lifecycle, collaborating with multi-disciplinary experts. This is a chance to influence the UK’s infrastructure while advancing ESG goals in a global firm. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working options /li li compensation, benefits and well-being programs /li li equal opportunity employer /li li in-person Day 1 onboarding /li li flexible travel across projects /li li global infrastructure firm benefits /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage environmental inputs to EIA screening, scoping, and Environmental Statements across project lifecycles /li li Review and coordinate specialist chapters and ensure deliverables meet high quality standards and procedures /li li Apply project management skills to plan resources, timelines, and budgets in multi-project portfolios /li li Collaborate within integrated design teams to improve environmental outcomes and identify mitigation and benefits /li li Maintain and develop client relationships and coordinate internal supply teams /li li Identify and pursue business development opportunities and contribute to fee and technical proposals /li li Work across various consenting regimes (DCO, TCPA, TWA, hybrid Bill) as applicable /li li Promote and represent AECOM’s environmental services to internal and external stakeholders /li li Mentor junior staff and participate in professional development and ESG alignment /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience coordinating multidisciplinary environmental inputs to infrastructure projects /li li Strong knowledge of EIA, environmental assessment methods, planning legislation, and relevant consenting regimes /li li Experience with DCO and/or TWAO is advantageous /li li Consultancy experience with solid project management including scheduling, resourcing, and budgeting /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable with report writing and technical reviews /li li Degree in a relevant environmental discipline; professional membership; Chartered Environmentalist status is advantageous /li li Willingness to travel and work flexibly across projects and stakeholder groups /li /ul ul li Collaboration and teamwork /li li Stakeholder engagement /li li Strong written and verbal communication /li li EIA and environmental assessment methods /li li Planning legislation and consenting regimes (DCO, TWAO) /li li Project management (scheduling, resourcing, budgeting) /li /ul
