The Electrical Engineer will deliver technical aspects of projects, manage project delivery, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

We work across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, data centres, commercial, hospitality, education, and civic projects, serving both public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the technical aspects of projects or defined work packages, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage the technical delivery of projects, from interpreting client briefs to coordinating designs with other disciplines.
  • Lead and support engineers and technicians, ensuring deliverables align with project schedules and requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensure all work and design solutions comply with health and safety standards and company quality assurance procedures.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional development and career progression within the organisation.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, working towards chartered status.
  • Experience mostly of which will have been gained in design within a consultancy environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
  • Experience in small to medium-sized projects.
  • Revit proficient.
  • Be familiar with BIM standards and BIM project delivery.
