The AECOM Water Environment team's portfolio of clients comes from both public and private sectors, spread around UK, Ireland and EMEA Region. The groundwater team supports colleagues in surface water, aquatic ecology and hydromorphology to better conceptualise their sites. We work on large scale infrastructure projects, including all stages of consenting from Optioneering, through Environmental Statements, through to Delivery Consents.
We have clients requiring new groundwater resources and refurbishment of existing sources, to ensure their supplies. These include Water Companies, Bottled Water Suppliers (including some major brands) and small private operators. We support mining colleagues with their water management issues, as well as helping their moves to better sustainable practices. We are involved in the energy transition, through our work of ground source heat schemes and geothermal projects.

- BSc Hons degree in either Geology and/or Geography.
- Experience working in groundwater and the water environment industry.
- A relevant MSc in a practical environment related subject.
