This is an opportunity to shape complex projects for societal impact within a global, collaborative firm. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li hybrid working /li li career development opportunities /li li AECOM University /li li volunteering days /li li flexible benefits /li li well-being programs /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead Project Management Commissions and ensure their successful delivery /li li Provide line management and mentoring to team members, ensuring training is up-to-date /li li Chair internal project team meetings and coordinate outputs to meet time-scales and quality standards /li li Manage delivery of project management outputs and maintain meticulous records /li li Collaborate with design and construction teams to mitigate risks and avoid disputes /li li Coordinate sign-off of management information produced by project teams /li li Develop strong client relationships and cross-functional teamwork /li li Oversee design management and tender documents for large complex projects /li li Formulate and manage construction contracts on large projects /li li Progress business development with existing and new clients, including cross-selling /li li Support wining clients with high-quality outputs and professional conduct /li li Manage project finances, resourcing, audits, and fee proposals /li li Support colleagues through professional chartership and recruitment/retention activities /li li Ensure relevant training is completed /li li Promote innovation and represent AECOM in a positive client-facing role /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Professional Qualified in PM/Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying (ideally) /li li Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or equivalent /li li Experience in a consultancy environment /li li Strong understanding of construction roles and lifecycle changes /li li Proven experience in Healthcare, Life Science, Education or Defence sectors /li li Excellent understanding of construction contracts /li li Knowledge of CDM 2015 and statutory compliance /li /ul ul li leadership /li li mentoring /li li stakeholder management /li li project management /li li construction contracts /li li tendering and negotiations /li /ul
