We’re expanding our UK+I Healthcare Architecture team and looking for a Director to shape the future of healthcare design. You will lead and grow an award‑winning specialist team, drive a growth strategy for healthcare architecture in the UK+I, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities with NHS, HSE, trusts, contractors, and healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver growth strategy for healthcare architecture in the UK+I.
- Engage with NHS/HSE, trusts, contractors, and other healthcare stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Lead bids, competitions, and represent the firm at industry events.
- Build and nurture client relationships; manage commercial aspects including NEC processes.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary specialist healthcare architecture team.
- Actively support marketing and business development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified Architect (RIBA/RIAI) with significant recent healthcare experience.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams on large‑scale projects.

- Strong judgement in design and performance decisions.
