Design Coordination & Technical Delivery
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs (civil/site, geotechnical, coastal/hydraulics, environmental, utilities) to ensure timely resolution of design issues and cross-discipline alignment.
- Assist in preparation of technical specifications, technical notes, drawings, project reports and presentation slides.
- Support internal and external review processes to uphold delivery quality.
Project Management Support
- Maintain and update meeting minutes, design schedules, action logs, risk registers, drawing lists and decision trackers.
- Ensure that project records are accurate, current and accessible to project team.
- Facilitate communications and engagement with clients, regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
- Support in preparation of briefing materials and follow up correspondence.
- Manage day-to-day project logistics including scheduling, meeting arrangements, coordinating travel or site visit arrangements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Coastal, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
- Min 3 years’ experience in project delivery or design coordination role (infrastructure, civil or marine works preferred).
- Proven coordination experience across multi-disciplinary design teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong organization skills.
- Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with clients, consultants and authorities.
