We are seeking a UKI Digital Information Management Lead to drive digital transformation within the AECOM Architecture & Design sector.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in key areas of the A+D digital strategy aligned to business line growth.
  • Report on progress of digital development and ROI.
  • Support A+D teams across market sectors, ensuring technical excellence and BIM leadership.
  • Lead BIM deployment and delivery, ensuring solutions meet quality, budget and legislative standards.
  • Oversee standardisation of processes, products, design and data throughout delivery lifecycles.
  • Enable environments for project initiation, generative design, automated data analysis and information delivery assurance.
  • Manage Autodesk Forma project administration activities, including initiation and ongoing information exchange management.
  • Author, coordinate and maintain AECOM suite of documents, guidance and templates in line with ISO19650.
  • Foster improvements in quality and efficiency via digital tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and technical leaders to optimise resource utilisation and tool selection.
  • Lead SH&E culture, ensuring implementation of policies and core value metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with AECOM Ethics & Compliance policies.

Qualifications

  • Membership of a recognised professional body in relevant markets.
  • Master's or Engineering Degree in a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience leading diverse teams and projects of varying scale.
  • Track record of developing and growing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, construction, logistics and customer‑service organisations across sectors.
  • Industrialisation Construction knowledge (DfMA, MMC, platforms, lean manufacturing) desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
  • Individual BIM certification with a recognised body (e.g., ICE, BSi, BRE) advantageous.
  • Experience administering Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Forma.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
  • Knowledge of industry‑recognised technology‑stack applications and workflows.
  • Experience in leading and growing large teams, with financial performance and business‑development experience in public or private sectors.
  • Strong self‑motivation, autonomy, commitment and ability to work in a deadline‑driven team environment.
