Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Cost Management team
- Manage correspondence, emails, and meeting schedules
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Documentation & Records
- Assist in preparing and maintaining cost reports, variation logs, and payment records
- Organise and maintain QS documents, contracts, and project files (both soft and hard copies)
- Support document submission and tracking for tenders and contracts
Cost & Payment Support
- Assist in processing progress claims, invoices, and payment certificates
- Track purchase orders and contract documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors on documentation matters
Coordination & Liaison
- Coordinate with project teams on submission deadlines
- Support tender administration and evaluation documentation
- Assist in data entry and updating cost control systems
Requirements
