What you'll do
- Oversee and manage structural engineering projects from initial planning through to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building design.
- Strong understanding of relevant design software and tools, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in structural analysis software.
- Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
