Start here. Grow here. Are you ready to be part of a team shaping the future of water infrastructure? Join our innovative and multidisciplinary Water team as a Senior Project Manager, based in one of our growing offices - whilst also taking advantage of our flexible hybrid working model.
At AECOM, we are leaders in innovation, delivering a diverse portfolio of water programmes and projects through long-term partnerships with key clients, including major UK water companies like Wessex Water, Welsh Water, South West Water, Thames Water, Severn Trent Water and Tier 1 Contractors.
In this role, you'll take the lead on various aspects of multiple small to medium sized water utility projects, covering both wastewater and potable water schemes, primarily within key client long-term frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a talented, diverse team dedicated to efficiency and forward-thinking solutions.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Provide input/support on continuous improvement to, and execution of, project delivery procedures.
- Drive consistent Project Manager (PM) practices and procedures in alignment with AECOM PM requirements and the Project Delivery System (PDS).
- Oversee the work of one or more Project Managers and provide support as required into any of the Project Managers tasks noted above.
- Depending on region and project requirements you may also project manage more complex projects of your own, in addition to the above.
