Start here. Grow here. Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering fast‑paced, complex, client‑facing fit‑out projects for blue‑chip FTSE 500 organisations? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fit‑Out Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of large‑scale interior fit‑out programmes from concept through to completion. You will bring deep experience in commercial fit‑out delivery, strategic stakeholder engagement, risk and quality management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. You will play a pivotal role in representing AECOM in front of major clients, driving excellence across project governance, commercial management, and technical delivery. What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of multiple complex fit‑out projects or programmes, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
- Oversee all project phases, including feasibility, design, procurement, delivery, and handover.
- Demonstrate strong client‑facing leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long‑term relationships.
- Drive robust project governance, including cost management, scheduling, risk and issue management, and quality assurance.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability, Contractors).
- Provide high‑level direction and mentoring to junior project managers and project support staff.
- Make informed, proactive decisions with minimal supervision, while escalating strategically where necessary.
- Ensure all works adhere to project budgets, timelines, health and safety requirements, and client expectations.

Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? Proven and competent experience in fit‑out or construction project management, with demonstrable leadership on complex, high‑value projects. Experience from a consultancy or client‑side organisation, with ability to lead and advise on construction delivery. Strong pre‑ and post‑contract project management expertise across the RIBA lifecycle. Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders at senior levels. Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration (accreditation advantageous). Ability to manage and maintain accurate project documentation (digital and physical). Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (Master’s desirable). Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, or similar. Prince2, MSP, or similar project/programme management experience beneficial.
