We are looking for recent graduates to join our Environment + Energy Advisory team across the UK and Ireland. Start date Autumn 2026 onwards.

About the Team

E+E Advisory is a group of around 80 consultants delivering sustainability, carbon and energy, nature and climate change, and ESG and social impact services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and desk‑based support to senior team members, including research, data synthesis, calculations and report writing.
  • Work with Project Managers and the wider team to support the smooth running of projects.
  • Participate in team meetings, client briefs and other meetings as required.
  • Help prioritise project actions and meet commitments on an ongoing basis, taking ownership and responsibility for the quality and completion of work.
  • Implement project management principles and work within project budgets.
  • Contribute to business development activities and proposals to enhance our service offering.

Qualifications

Education

  • Strong undergraduate degree in a STEM‑based subject.
  • Relevant MSc or equivalent in Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Carbon, Climate Change, Environmental Science, Sustainable Waste Management, Social Sciences, Environmental Economics or Ecological Economics.

Skills

  • Excellent report writing, technical reviewing and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to explain complex technical information using graphics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple simultaneous projects with tight deadlines.

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of work quality.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in a relevant industrial or consultancy role is beneficial but not essential.
