Job Description
At AECOM, we're delivering a better world.

We are the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, partnering with clients to solve the world’s most complex challenges and build legacies for future generations.
AECOM’s Fiscal Incentives team is looking to recruit a senior consultant to join the team in London.
The team has a rich pedigree providing a range of property‑related tax reliefs and credits for our extensive client base, both in the UK and overseas.
The team provides specialist services including capital allowances, VAT, research & development tax credits, land remediation relief and international depreciation services to an extensive range of clients.
The team has seen significant growth and we are seeking an individual to contribute to its continuing success.
The successful candidate will have experience of the UK’s capital allowances regime, and a background in the construction or property sectors will be helpful.
The role is a great opportunity for an individual looking to take the next step in their career, wanting to take full ownership of the delivery of capital allowances claims, including the management of portfolios, expand their skills in associated fields and develop sales prospects.
The successful candidate will be given ample opportunity to develop the skills for successful project delivery and client management, and to progress their career with one of the world’s most exciting businesses.
Key responsibilities will be to engage with and manage the delivery of capital allowances claims for portfolio clients, liaise with colleagues across the broader business to develop new client relationships, and to help AECOM’s Fiscal Incentives service to continue to grow.
The successful candidate will be a key member of a growing team.
They will have the opportunity to develop their property tax skills in the various disciplines that we cover and will be encouraged to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
The successful candidate will also get the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team to cultivate sales from both new and existing clients.
Support will also be given to progress relevant professional qualifications.
