- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Support solution design by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Help ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and provide real value.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability and optimal user experience.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending potential applications to enhance business operations.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or technology-focused projects.
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows.
