Ideally you will live locally to an office or be willing to relocate.

What you’ll do:

  • Accountable for the end‑to‑end design process and delivery of multiple Data Centre projects for key clients across the UK, Europe and globally, from early concept through detailed design and construction support.
  • Lead a portfolio of data centre projects from a delivery, technical and commercial standpoint.
  • Act as the senior delivery and escalation lead for high‑profile Data Centre clients, maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships at executive and director level.
  • Provide overall technical, commercial and operational leadership across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate bids and supplier requests, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.
  • Chair strategic meetings, lead financial reviews, and report key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, managing resource allocation and resolving technical issues proactively.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary delivery teams and complex Data Centre programmes.
  • A confident communicator and relationship builder who can lead client interactions at director level.
  • Commercially savvy with experience managing risk, governance, and profitability.
  • Willing to travel across UK&I and Europe as required.

Qualifications:

  • In‑depth understanding of building systems, regulations, contracts, and construction types.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and collaborative digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of design workflows and managing fast‑paced project environments.
  • A valid driving licence and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
