We are looking for a passionate individual with Civil 3D / Revit experience to contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical drawings and models across a range of infrastructure projects. You will be based in our fantastic Glasgow office, whilst also taking advantage of our flexible hybrid working model.

Job Description
- Digital Delivery: Responsible for developing design outputs from initial concepts through to fully detailed design deliverables.
- Utilise Digital Tools: Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes.
- Champion BIM: Promote, articulate, and lead BIM behaviours on the projects.
- Coordinate project Deliverables: Support coordination of deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget and provide support and management of project resources to facilitate production of deliverables.
- Team Relationship: Be proactive in relationships with internal project stakeholders, reporting progress and highlighting any technical issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain Standards: Support the CAD Lead in maintaining CAD standards, best practices, and processes for modelling, content creation, and advanced digital developments.
- Design Team Meetings: Actively participate and input to design team meetings, bringing a digital‑by‑default mindset, championing the use of 3D model reviews and markups.
- Mentor Junior Technicians: Work across the Scotland offices supporting junior Revit Technicians from a technical perspective.
