We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, enthusiastic Civil & Structural Engineering graduates with strong computational, mathematical and design skills. The successful candidates will work on a variety of projects from concept design to implementation for clients operating locally, nationally or internationally, focusing on delivering results in technically challenging bridge projects.

Graduates will contribute to the design of structures from inception to completion, undertake assessments of existing structures through on-site inspection and analysis, and manage resources and tasks within a scheme of structures. The program provides mobility between different projects and gradually increases responsibility.
Qualifications
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above
- MEng or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering is an advantage
- Structural modules or Structural/Bridge Engineering experience would be an advantage
- Good technical understanding of Civil & Structural Engineering
- Demonstrable interest in Bridge Structures Engineering and a career in this industry
- Willing and able to work towards chartership with the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Institute of Structural Engineers (IStructE)
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written, with confidence to engage clients, colleagues, stakeholders and subcontractors
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, ambitious and driven
- Ability to structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team
- Ability to work in a team and independently without losing initiative & focus
