AECOM Buildings + Places, Building Engineering Business Unit (UK&I) brings together approximately 930 technical and digital experts, delivering exemplar solutions to our clients on projects spanning transportation, buildings, water, governments, energy and environment. B+P Building Engineering (UK&I) is arranged into national discipline specific operating units: MEP, Structures, Civils, Sustainability and Specialisms. Operating unit support is a key aspect to maintaining the ability of these teams to deliver against the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date revenue and opportunity data for reporting and forecasting.
  • Act as the main point of contact for logging and updating opportunities.
  • Support continuous improvement of opportunity and bid management processes.
  • Assist with bid submissions, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain and update bid content, CVs, case studies, and company information.
  • Support administrative tasks including travel bookings, expense processing, and purchase order requests via Coupa.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Experience maintaining accurate revenue and opportunity data for reporting and forecasting.
  • Basic proficiency and working familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce to track bid opportunities (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience providing administrative support, including travel bookings, expenses, and purchase orders using systems such as Coupa.
