Join our rapidly expanding renewable energy team to manage and deliver construction‑phase projects across UK, Ireland and EMEA. Projects span generation, storage, transmission and distribution of energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery on mid- to large‑size renewable energy construction projects.
- Manage day‑to‑day client liaison, ensuring work meets agreed requirements, timescales and budgets.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary design and construction activities.
- Support procurement, preparing Employer’s Requirements and NEC/FIDIC/JCT/ bespoke documentation.
- Administer contracts (NEC, FIDIC, JCT, bespoke technology supply contracts).
- Ensure contractors comply with contract requirements and best practice.
- Maintain project budgets, programme and overall performance.
- Support senior team governance, including reporting and invoicing.
- Review project deliverables and perform quality control.
- Contribute to proposal development.
- Direct and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
- BEng (Hons) in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Environmental) or diploma in Project Management.
- Strong construction‑phase delivery experience in renewable energy, with commercial awareness of grid‑connected projects.
- Experience leading projects in onshore wind (recent onsite experience preferred), hydroelectric (run‑of‑river and pumped storage), and other renewable technologies.
- Background in project, procurement and construction management.
