The Information Manager & Power Platform Specialist will provide technical leadership of projects throughout the infrastructure lifecycle – from feasibility through detailed design – for both private and public sector transportation clients. In this role you will support the Digital Solutions Team by delivering information management and digital development solutions within a Common Data Environment using Microsoft Power Platform.

Information Management

  • Develop and maintain efficient information management systems to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
  • Implement best practices for data governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify information needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Digital Development Using Microsoft Power Platform

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications, workflows, and automation using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Create intuitive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support decision‑making.
  • Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver technology‑driven solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring effective adoption of digital tools and processes.
  • Act as a champion for digital transformation, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Project Management

  • Manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ProjectWise and ACC Information Management.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including ISO 19650, data governance and security.
  • Able to analyse business processes and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Strong data visualisation and reporting skills.
  • Experience in training and supporting end‑users to maximise tool adoption.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
