We’re particularly interested in engineers with a strong civils design background gained within aviation, highways, rail, roads or other major infrastructure environments. You don't need previous aviation experience to apply. We're looking for civil engineers with strong engineering fundamentals, a collaborative mindset and a desire to learn.
Each team member has a development plan to provide a clear pathway to personal development and career progression. The team provides technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle from master planning, feasibility, preliminary and detailed stage designs and construction and handover.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Design: Contribute to the design of airport infrastructure including runways, taxiways, aprons, service roads, drainage, utilities and airfield systems.
- Produce: Engineering calculations, reports, drawings and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Investigate: Support site inspections and asset condition surveys, helping clients make informed investment decisions.
- Organise: Take ownership of assigned tasks, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications:
- Has a degree in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline).
- Has experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (aviation experience is welcome but not essential).
- Has an interest in developing a career in aviation infrastructure.
- Enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of DMRB or highway civil engineering design.
