As an IPS Employment Specialist, you ll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals while working alongside healthcare professionals, community organisations and local employers.

About the Role This is a varied, community-based role based in Skelmersdale, where no two days are the same.
You ll manage your own caseload of participants, providing personalised employment support from the point of referral through to sustained employment.
