An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Home Care Manager to join a highly regarded award winning domiciliary care provider in Chichester. This role would suit an established Registered Manager or an ambitious Care Manager / Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. As Registered Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, compliance, and growth of the service. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated care and office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
  • Maintain full CQC compliance and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Ensure exceptional standards of care delivery and client satisfaction
  • Lead, support, and develop care and office staff
  • Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management
  • Manage care package allocations and rota oversight
  • Conduct quality assurance activities including audits, observations, and service reviews
  • Complete and review assessments, risk assessments, and care plans
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company policies
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
  • Support business growth and development initiatives where required
Person Specification:
  • A minimum of 2.5 years’ experience as a Care Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
  • NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • Full right to work in the UK
