With an established presence across Europe and the Middle East, this firm is celebrated for delivering ambitious, high-profile projects across hospitality, mixed-use, and public realm sectors. You’ll take the reins on multiple large-scale design projects, overseeing creative direction and project execution from concept through to post-contract stages. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Design Principal, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both the internal team and external clients, representing the studio’s design integrity at every step.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead several complex landscape projects in parallel across varied global locations
  • Inspire and mentor a talented team of designers and technical staff
  • Represent the studio in client meetings and high-level presentations
  • Guide project design development through to delivery, including post-contract stages
  • Contribute to strategic studio growth and design culture
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, with a strong design portfolio from top-tier practices
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Honours)
  • Must be proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion and understand Revit.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale resort, hotel, public realm, and mixed-use projects
  • Highly creative, organised, and collaborative, with natural leadership presence
  • Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and vision
  • Ideally, exposure to projects in the Gulf region
  • Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
