Senior Architect/Associate in Greenwich

We're looking for Architects, Senior Architects, and Associate and a Director who has the experience and gravitas to work on architectural projects on a global scale! As a Senior Architect/Associate level individual you should be accustomed to working with project teams, be methodical in your way of working and have a clear outline in how you execute a project enabling a successful, deliverable and achievable concept design, while effectively being able to communicate and maintain the original integrity design vision, throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle through to fruition.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture and preferably RIBA qualified.
• Have the "right to work" in the UK.
• Possess a strong portfolio working on international projects, with 10+ years of work experience as a qualified Architect.
• In-depth understanding of ArchiCAD or Revit software is a MUST.
• Knowledge of all phases of construction and project completion.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and resource programming.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards of the UAE.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with ArchiCAD or Revit, Rhino and SketchUp.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Communication and project management skills.
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
