They’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. The Team Organiser sits within the HR team and provides essential administrative and coordination support to the wider project, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of both office and site activities. Acting as a central point of organisation, the role supports logistics, maintains accurate project records, and enables the wider team to operate effectively. There will also be opportunities to support the HR team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
