Our client are at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes. They re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. Using advanced geotechnical engineering and world class construction technologies, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to a national project that will shape the UK s clean energy future.

The Role

You will provide overall leadership for diaphragm wall and soil mixing works on a major infrastructure project, with accountability for safe, high quality and commercially successful delivery within an NEC4 Alliance environment. The role integrates technical delivery, site operations, programme, commercial and contractual performance, while providing strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Delivery Wall and soil mixing works, setting clear standards, governance and performance expectations.
  • Leadership develop capability and succession; manage formal people processes where required; act as a senior client and alliance interface.
