AE Partners is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London to manage contractual and financial elements of a major electrical and civil project.
You will report to the Senior Commercial Manager and support P&L, cash flow, and working capital.
You will oversee NEC3/4, JCT and bespoke contracts, perform measurements for valuations, early warnings, cash flow forecasts, and lead monthly reviews with clients and the supply chain.
