Our client is responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire Sizewell C site, including designing and constructing cut-off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements, and more. We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead multiple workfronts delivering complex ground engineering works. You will take ownership of safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance across your scope, providing strong technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and maintaining effective relationships with clients, alliance partners, and site stakeholders. This role operates within an NEC4 Alliance environment and requires sound engineering judgement, disciplined controls, and confident leadership on site.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Technical delivery of day-to-day engineering across multiple workfronts
- Allocating resources and resolving technical issues
- Assuring compliance with RAMS, permits, and ITPs
- Driving close out of non-conformities
