Job Summary

ABOUT US

We are an established and ever growing White Goods Company and are looking for a Technical Service Administrator to work from our Leeds based unit. At certain times of year, this role can be extremely busy, so the ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced manner, showing attention to detail. Having excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task is a must

You will be the only point of contact in the office so must be able to work autonomously. You will take control of booking in the Engineer\'s jobs and managing their diaries, through to ordering and maintaining an organised system for parts. You will carry out regular stock checks after supplier deliveries and keep the company database up to date in real time.

You will have the ability to build and maintain a good working relationship with our client base, which consists of private customers, letting agencies, suppliers and manufacturers

The main duties will include:

All aspects of administration:

  • Answering all office phone calls as the sole point of contact
  • Dealing with new works orders over email
  • Liaising with customers and tenants to book engineer appointments
  • Sourcing parts for jobs based on the engineer\'s reports
  • Generating client quotations based on the engineer\'s reports
  • Dealing with any enquiries received via email
  • Managing intake of stock, deliveries and the returns of faulty appliances
  • Keeping the in-house database up to date at all times
  • Processing invoices
  • Being responsible for managing our field based engineer\'s diaries.
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Required Skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Customers and Contractors alike
  • Administration/Customer Service experience – preferably in a similar (or service) industry
  • Hours of work:
  • 8am - 5.30am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
