    • Stock Option Compliance: Support the CFO with data for EMI and US 409A valuations, maintaining cap table records, and submitting annual HMRC option filings.
    • Corporate Governance: Handle company secretarial filings, share issuances and global insurance renewals.
  • Team Management & Operational Oversight
    • People Management: Oversee day-to-day transactional accounting (AP, AR, and GL maintenance), guiding and developing junior finance support within our lean team.
    • Working Capital & Treasury: Drive group cash flow reporting, manage international cash balances, oversee month-end payment runs, and manage multi-currency banking relationships.
    • Advisory & Platform Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for international tax advisors and accounting firms. Act as the administrative owner for key finance systems (including Xero, Stripe, PayPal).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a fast-paced tech, marketplace or high growth business.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong core accounting fundamentals with exposure to multi-entity environments. Eager to take ownership of group consolidations and coordinate international payroll, tax, and compliance, and equity administration alongside local market specialists.
  • Audit & Advisory Management: Experience supporting annual audits and working alongside external accounting, tax advisory, and banking partners to ensure smooth global compliance.
  • Mindset & Execution: Highly organised and proactive, with a proven ability to take ownership and stay ahead of deadlines. Comfortable navigating our current stack (Xero/Stripe/Paypal).
