By providing expertise in many different specialist areas of tax, they collaborate across BDO to deliver wider business solutions. As our clients' needs and the regulatory environment evolve, you'll encounter new problems to solve and new opportunities for growth.
You'll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups, scale-ups, private businesses, and FTSE listed multinationals. Each of our clients has different needs, and applying your expertise in different contexts will help you develop your skills and gain valuable experience.
Our clients trust us because of the quality of our advice, which grows from a thorough understanding of their business. You'll work closely with clients, building long-lasting relationships, and managing your own tasks while collaborating with senior managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent with demonstrable post-qualified experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including control of client take-on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries.
- Understanding of potential risks to the Firm in relation to quality control procedures.
- Experience leading complex projects and people management.
