About us
Adzuna is a job search engine that lists every job, everywhere. From our launch in the UK in 2011, we now have tens of millions of visitors a month and are busy conquering the world from our office in West London, helping millions of people find better, more fulfilling jobs.
The role
We’re seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to define, lead and execute our B2B strategy in 19 markets with a focus on the US and UK. You’ll have access to a wealth of unique market data to utilise in marketing and lead generation activity, creating engaging campaigns like no other company can. Adzuna’s data is used by Government organisations and frequently cited by UK and US media, providing a great source of content and awareness.
As well as a US-based B2B exec reporting into this position, you will have the support of the wider Marketing team and their expertise and resources across content, performance marketing and more. The Marketing team will benefit from your experience to date but even more important is the passion you bring to work every day. You will strive for excellence, try new things, inspire and engage those around you and feel ownership of overall company success as well as pride in doing your bit.
What’s in it for you?
Adzuna is a growing scale‑up, championing real change in the job market globally - using the power of tech to match people to better, more fulfilling jobs. We’re at a really pivotal time in our journey and it’s an exciting moment to join. After strong US expansion in the last few years, we recently acquired a Paris‑based social media job software platform called Seiza and are busy integrating it, alongside a roadmap of AI innovations, to bring an exciting and unique new product offering to market globally. Like everyone here, you will act like an owner, be a team player and make a difference. It’s an opportunity to work with a smart team led by experienced management and dedicated and passionate Founders.
You have the chance to own your and the company’s growth in terms of:
- Building the brand proposition in the hearts and minds of employers, agencies and programmatic platforms across Adzuna and Adzuna Intelligence.
- Hands on execution of the B2B strategy in 19 markets with a focus on the US and UK.
- Support defining the ICP, coordinate account tiering, use of intent data, campaign orchestration and measurement.
- Developing a deep understanding of the industry and ICP needs, objections, and buying drivers, and adapting marketing strategy accordingly in close collaboration with Sales and direct customer engagement.
- Leading the development, design and implementation of lead generation marketing campaigns for our sales team.
- Owning all B2B performance marketing across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and Microsoft Ads, covering planning, optimisation, reporting and budget management (working closely with our performance marketing team).
- Developing Account Based Marketing plans designed to drive the growth of our top accounts and key prospects.
- Partnering closely with sales on mid and lower funnel programmes that require strategic judgement and prioritisation.
- Leading post‑campaign follow‑up for B2B marketing activity: pro‑actively manage the lead management process to ensure leads associated with marketing activity are tracked via our CRM systems and can be used to demonstrate contribution to sales pipeline.
- Proactively developing and nurturing our prospect database.
It’s not an easy feat, but our aim is to create a business of which we are all proud and an environment where you will love to be, where you can be yourself to do what you do best. We don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’re likely to be able to demonstrate experience of, or aptitude for, much of the below:
- Enterprise B2B marketing experience, including working with executive audiences through invite-only online or offline events and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Building full‑funnel B2B marketing plans tailoring the right message to the right audience.

- Comfortable connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Able to make data-driven decisions quickly and accurately.
- Strong B2B performance marketing expertise, alongside good judgement and confidence on payback analysis and when to scale/pull back activity (working with our Performance Marketing team).
- Strong track record in B2B marketing ideally within HR tech, SaaS or similar sectors.
- Confident assessing and validating new paid channels or sponsorship opportunities to support growth in priority industries and ICP segments.
- Solid cross channel thinking that connects paid activity, account based marketing, content and sales priorities.
- Strong operations capabilities, including data flows, workflows, attribution logic and reporting.
- Able to partner effectively with sales and content teams to drive integrated outcomes.
- Experience managing a small team (1‑2 people), with a track record of developing talent.
- Brings an open-minded, curious approach to emerging tools and technologies.
- Actively leverages AI to enhance performance and efficiency, whether through large-scale data analysis, creative testing, or research workflows.
- A self‑starter who is well‑organised, strong on written communication, and able to influence cross‑functional teams.
