Johnsons Hotel Linen is a leading linen hire supplier to the hotel industry in the UK, servicing high-quality hotels across England and Wales. As part of Johnson Service Group PLC, we are seeking a versatile, professional, and self-motivated individual to join our Production team at Pwllheli.
We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, with long-term career prospects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, demonstrate flexibility, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.
The Role
As a member of the Production Team, you will provide leadership across the production facility. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Senior Managers with operational issues to ensure smooth production.
- Managing staffing, resources, and operational targets.
- Staff probation and performance reviews, training, and health & safety compliance.
- Promoting a culture of safety and team working.
- Communicating effectively with management and across departments.
- Monitoring staff productivity, stock levels, and cleanliness.
- Handling confidentiality and quality standards.
The Candidate
- Experienced manager with a diverse workforce background.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proactive, flexible, and with a can-do attitude.
- Laundry industry experience is preferred.
