Responsibilities include:
- Representing the Company positively during client visits and building strong relationships.
- Supporting the Senior Account Director with client account management, including review meetings.
- Retaining and expanding our national client portfolio.
- Negotiating pricing and contract renewals.
- Managing hotel linen customer accounts, including reporting and coordination.
- Providing customer support, training, and onboarding.
- Attending service review meetings and coordinating site visits.
- Managing account closures and drafting proposals and contracts.
- Reporting on activities and issues regularly.
