We are looking for a talented and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our business development team in London. WMG International (known as adWMG) is an ad tech company based in London, Kyiv, and Los Angeles. It is an official partner of Google, Amazon, Facebook, and other international companies in the development of advertising software. The company’s main product line is based on JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Experience in the programmatic monetization industry, four years at least
- Understanding JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to envision long-term partnership opportunities and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them
- Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic partnerships strategy, which includes DSP/SSP and Advertiser/Publisher needs
- Identify and prioritize potential supply or demand partners, evaluating their suitability based on criteria such as market alignment, complementary capabilities, and growth opportunities
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with strategic partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into overall business plans and operations
- Drive engagement and relationship-building activities with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers
- Monitor and analyze adTech trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify partnership opportunities and potential threats
- Track and report on the performance of strategic partnerships, including key metrics such as monetization revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
