This is a full-time hybrid Customer Success Operational Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with partial remote flexibility. This role will oversee the onboarding and support of clients, ensuring optimal use of adWMG’s technology and services to meet their goals.
- Responsibilities include on-boarding new supply & demand partnerships, analysing data, inventory quality management, performance optimisation, managing and growing existing partnerships, addressing customer needs, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and building and maintaining strong customer focused relationships.
- The role also demands proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams including business development, Inventory Quality, AdOps, Finance and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Support Business Development with their efforts during the pre-sales process.
- Work closely with internal product and technical teams to enhance performance and maximize yield.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to inform optimization efforts and long-term growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Customer Success / Business Development.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to maintain and enhance long-term partnerships.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the ad-tech or digital advertising industry is a plus, but not required.
